« We enjoyed our stay at aloft. It was conveniently located in downtown Greenville. The staff was very nice. Parking was free and very easy to access from lobby check in. The lobby bar and area had great coffee, pool table and happy hour specials. Our room was a little small and not the cleanest when we arrived. They don’t give you many towels. But we requested room to be serviced daily and that was helpful. Overall we enjoyed our time. »

« Not impressed. We could not get any hallway lights to work to better see the stairway when we came in at 9:30pm. There was hair all over the sheets on the bed, and the bed cover was stained all over as well. The toilet was so close to the sink cabinet that I could barely sit down to use it and a shower mat that didn’t look like it gets washed very often so we didn’t use it. The shower curtain had mold on it. There was an outlet that only one plug-in would work which was nearest to the table and...
