« ممتازه بس كان فيه صيانة للفندق »

« Room was huge, opposite to a big mall »

« Please next time make sure we have enough shower jels not bottles of shower jell, everything was fine except that »

« I didn’t stay here I booked and the listing had the wrong location so when I turned up they told me I was in the wrong place. I have requested a refund for this but heard nothing so far »

« Really nice place to stay in Taif. My family and I had a really great time. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is ok, you don't have much choice but it's worth it just for the fresh waffles. The garden in the back is really nice, there is a pool, kids park, traditionals tents, we've enjoyed it a lot. Honestly good price / quality. »

« Le personnel est fantastique, accueil et service au top! Les chambres méritent une rénovation complète et une isolation sonore. »

« Amazing stay , The hotel was clean, luxurious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Nouf for hee outstanding service and professionalism — she truly made my stay extra special and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again! »
