« L'hotel se situe assez loin des Ghats ... près de 45 mns à pieds en traversant des ruelles étroites et commerçantes.
L'hotel est très cher pour un service décevant:
- Douche presque froide
- Pas de nettoyage de la chambre (bien que je leur ai demandé à deux reprises)
- Pas de Wifi (lorsque l'on se connect on tombe sur une page qui demande à l'hotel à recharger leur compte)
- Un service touriste très insistant, cher, et qui ne tient pas ses promesses (On me promet une excursion de 5h à 12h...

Dining room staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful.
Reception staff including a lady we thought might be in xharge were very cheerful and very helpful.
Finally the door guy was super helpful aiding with getting auto rickshaws and assisting me with steps.

« Free airport shuttle (as described in Expedia) is not correct. They ask for 1000 rupees per vehicle one-way.
Bathroom and towels were not so good.
Staff and services were good .
