Hôtels près du Centre commercial Atria à Mumbai

« Chambre et installations excellentes. Service exceptionnel et personnalisé. »

« One of the best hotel I have been in Mumbai »

« Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio »

« Nicely designed rooms with wooden panels. Close to city center via Grant road or mumbai central station. 24/7 reception: convenient for late arrivals in mumbai. But Wifi was out of order during our stay. No paper toilet offered. And any shower will get your bathroom totally flooded (no specific shower area in bathroom). »

Chambre propre »

« Room was average »

The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

« I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

« This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also. »
