"This house was perfect for our family's getaway to the mountains! This cozy cottage was walking distance from a variety of restaurants and shops and a short drive from Legoland and Woodbury Commons. Our only feedback was that the air conditioners needed a good scrub, one of the lamps in the bedrooms had some bugs that managed to get stuck in it, and there wasn't a blow dryer. "We spent a wonderful night at this apartment. The space is so comfortable and peaceful. It is next to the owners' home but very private and extremely quiet. The neighborhood is a dead end and has few cars. The apartment feels sizable and is well laid out. It was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. "It's a converted garage with a cement floor but it's covered in area rugs so tolerable. Shower leaves a lot to be desired. Modern appliances and antique furnishings create a unique feel. Hot tub is nice but had a musty smell. Unable to use outdoor fire pit due to no kindling, only split logs. Also unable to use indoor pellet stove due to not enough pellets. Overall a relaxing, cozy place and we did enjoy it."

"The location of the home is beautiful. Upon arrival home was set at comfortable temp, Our party of 9 were quickly able to pick our rooms, with enough privacy for each guest. The natural lighting against the wood floors so nice. We stayed here and visited Wallkill, Warwick and Patterson. Hour plus away from the location of home. Convenient stores located a few minutes away from home. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would come back again."
