« The location of the hotel listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. Since there are no signs indicating the hotel’s direction from the road, it would have been impossible to find it on our own. Thankfully, the rangers escorted us, and we were able to locate it. The Wi-Fi is not working. That said, the staff is excellent—always kind and helpful. The food is delicious, and the lunch box service is especially valuable when heading out on a game drive. »

The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. »

« Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....

« We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out. When we went to the front desk to request a portable fan were we told none were available. We ended up sitting outside the room until 1800. We...
