Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and all outdoor amenity areas — pool, lounge chairs, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, BBQ, and ping pong. Self check-in is easy: keypad entry at both the gate and front door, with codes provided before arrival. Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

THE POOL & AMENITIES
• Pool is open year-round (unheated — brisk in winter, perfect in summer!). Hot tub & sauna available all year.
• No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• A signed liability waiver is required for amenity use.
VISITORS
• Daytime visitors are welcome for a day-use fee — just message us in advance to arrange. Unregistered guests may not use the pool or amenities without approval.
• Please book for your full group size. Unregistered guests will result in charges at maximum occupancy.
RESPECTING THE NEIGHBORHOOD
• We're in a quiet rural area and great neighbors matter to us. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM and are strictly enforced.
• This is not a party or event venue. Violations of house rules may result in non-refundable termination of the reservation and penalties.
• We do not honor local stays within 45 miles of the property.
GOOD TO KNOW
• The property is fully gated and private.
• Ring cameras are located at the front door, driveway, and gate (exterior only).
• No pets, please.
