« If you are in great physical condition and able to walk and carry your own things very long distances, you might be ok. I am not and even after asking for accommodation, our assistance was laughable. At what I paid for my room, it is unthinkable that we didn’t have valet included. « Breakfast was good. Staff were scarse. ⚠️Dangerous floor level change in the bathroom that isn't marked. Not sure what the purpose is or was but it is really a bad idea to have the floot tile the same as the normal floor in the bathroom and so this step is totally unnoticeable and is a trip hazard. Somebody could very easily trip on that, which I did, and go either head first or head backwards over onto the hard floor it really needs to be marked in some way that it's there. As you can...
