« We had 2 rooms both with showers that were not draining. We said something 2 nights in a row and they never fixed it, never moved us to working rooms and the manager didn’t even bother to apologize. Hotel was dirty and things were broken/not working. Staff was rude, they didn’t want to give us towels(didn’t even have enough for the amount of people in the room) staff didn’t want to fill the empty food or drink when people were asking. I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay here unless they get better...

« This was our first time to stay in this hotel. Food was limited and the room it was clean but there’s some unpleasant smell in the room. We even bought an air freshener just to remove that smell since we have kids. Overall, our stay was okay but really needs improvement. »

« Only rated ok bc had our dog with us and it’s possible that they just let the room go bc it is marked for pets. The room smells of cat urine, lots of stains on lower bed. We travel with our dogs and have only 1 or 2 places worse than this room. Even lamps were crooked and really stained. Bathroom was fine. Really needs needs better cleaning treatments, new bedding, fix the lamps. Really no reason for a pet room to smell or look like this »
