« We had a wonderful time at Atlantic Sunrise. Our 5th time to Eleuthera, always over new years. The house is perfectly situated mid-Eleuthera, so a good jumping off spot for exploring north and south. Beach in front is near deserted and reasonable snorkeling just off the beach (when surf is not too rough – if so, west side will be calm). House is appointed typical of out islands. Comfortable, everything you really need in kitchen and otherwise, has starlink wifi plus UPS backup power, and...

« Snorkeling, stars and sunsets! This place has it all. Waves and fluffy pink sand for my kid and really great snorkeling for me. Sunrise from the deck, and sunset from the heated pool. Walk on the beach under moonlight and stars to 2 very tasty restaurants. House was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, plus was close to town for groceries and what not. Can’t wait to return! »

The beach just down from the house is absolutely beautiful and it might as well be listed as your own private beach as it is extremely secluded. « The stay was not good at all. Nobody at check in or ever and our room wasn’t clean. We had to take another casita that was somewhat cleaner and my wife had to clean it. The main kitchen was a mess with dirty dishes that were never cleaned for the two days we were there. The next day another couple checked in and nobody to greet them. in addition, many rat droppings and tons of ants around the property. The beach and location was outstanding, that’s about it. I would definitely not recommend this...

« We enjoyed our stay at Sundowner Villa. The house was clean and very well appointed. The host’s description was accurate, we only needed the air conditioning on very calm days. We enjoyed using the kayaks on Savannah Sound. There are several bonefish flats adjacent to the island, and the Bonefishing was good. Local restaurants and a grocery store made our stay very comfortable. We hope the hosts will let us rent their VRBO again. We definitely will return. »
