« The property is dated, especially with the furniture. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom area. It was within easy walking distance of town. The balcony is a great place for early-morning coffee and all meals fixed in the condo. Very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces close to the condo entrance. No Wi-Fi connection available. We tried every day for a week. »

« The condo is outdated in a very nice property. The condo has old furniture, stained carpet and an old bathroom with tub and 1980's white tiles. This condo has no AC, so it's gets hot even in a 75 deg outside weather. It should be equipped with ceiling fans or much nicer fan than one cheap fan provided. « This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

« The location was amazing! Super convenient for the slopes. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple meals we intended to cook while there. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was broken for the duration of our stay. There was another community laundry room on the property but it required you check on your laundry every 35 minutes. My family had a great vacation and really enjoyed staying here. »

« Somewhat cumbersome process to get in and out of the building access the pool and gym and room with a 12 digit code. The blinds in the living room area were cut too short so that they would barely stay in place in the mounting hardware. One of them fell down and broke. Could have injured somebody . The lighting was weak and I had to change a difficult to replace light bulb on arrival. There was only four plates with a notice that the dishwasher is loud.
