« Livin' Serviced Apartments are a fantastic place to stay. Located in the centre of Watford, and conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the station, this is now my go to for stays in Watford and for business trips to London. Rooms are excellent sizes, and the additional amenities that you get (fridge, oven etc) make it stand out from the adjoining Holiday Inn. »

« Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. »

« Room excellent. Shower excellent. Only two issues firstly getting into the room digital keypad not explained clearly causing delay and room change...and tv hundreds of channels but could not find basic English channels »

« Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property. »

« Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the...

« Lovely little apartment in a great neighbourhood - highly recommend »

« Apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, tidy and lovely view! Exactly like the photos which don't justify the size and space available. Staff were helpful in all enquiries and overall very impressed! Would definitely stay here again as a group for value and convenience »

« The hotel access is all code based so there is no staff on site. That being said the communication with host is great cia text/whatsApp - instant and prompt replies. Affordable too and great location right next to High Wycombe station. »

« Handy location, not far from the train station nor the centre of town. Nice big space in the room with everything provided. Good area for working at in the room Only minor gripes was that being on the ground floor I couldn’t open my curtains without everyone seeing in, given the large floor to ceiling windows. Also bathroom was an accessible wet room which isn’t my favourite. However, great value for money and made a nice change from a standard hotel room. »

"L hotel a clairement un problème de gestion. La 1ère chambre, pas d'eau chaude pour ma la douche. 2eme chambre attribuée était déjà occupée, ils ont fini par nous upgrader dans une executive room mais sans nettoyage... quelle fut pas nôtre surprise de rentrer et de voir que la chambre n'était pas faite..."

"Accueil très agréable pour une nuit afin de visiter Cambridge. Très pratique d’avoir la station de bus U1/U2 de l’autre côté de la rue ainsi qu’un supermarché Sainsbury’s. Chambre spacieuse qui donnait sur la rue, petit bémol pour le lit un peu trop ferme pour nous. Très bon petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant Astronomer. Serveur très sympathique Emmanuel, qui est français. Parking souterrain (15Pound/ 24h) à réserver à l’avance. "

"Amazing hotel inside the stadium. The restaurant has an incredible view to the pitch. Very good and delicious breakfast. The room is big and very clean. Outside the hotel there are many good restaurants and shopping. I strongly recommend the stay in this hotel."
