« Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend! »

« Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

« Very cute house. Stairs are curvy and very steep. Not appropriate for someone with mobility issues are very small children. Host was very responsive. We had trouble connecting to the TV in the living room, she was very helpful. There is a train that goes by continuously almost it really did not bother us much. »

« Perfect spot for visiting Dayton! This was our second time returning this property. Host was extremely responsive and home had everything we needed for a weekend visit. With so many good restaurants around we never cooked in the home, yet certainly enjoyed a leisurely coffee each morning. We have already made our next reservation! »

« The host was very responsive and went out of their way to check up and make sure everything was going smoothly. Rooms were clean and tidy and even had nice folded towels with shampoo and conditioner on the beds!I would 100% stay here next time, and enjoyed the stay! »

« Bedroom was not clean (garbage under covers and bed). Dog poop out in the yard, coffee pot did not work. While the space was generally similar it was different than pictured, very basic, not comfortable. A lot of small damaged things (broken cabinet drawers covered with foam board, broken closet doors, no stopper in sink). Only had 3 bath towels for 6 people. Some rooms upstairs were cold. We stayed our scheduled two nights but would not recommend. The neighborhood was nice. »

« The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....
