Second-Floor Primary Suite: The entire second floor is dedicated to an expansive, private Master Bedroom Suite. It features a luxurious bathroom (complete with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower) and a massive hall of closets.

Despite the secluded feel, you are centrally located on Cape Cod, putting you just a short drive away from beautiful northside beaches (like Sandy Neck Beach), local seafood restaurants, charming antique shops, and historic Route 6A.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to get the most out of your Cape Cod vacation. The property offers plenty of parking in the oversized garage and long driveway. Because it is located just off the Mid-Cape Highway (Route 6), you have quick, straightforward access to explore the rest of the Cape, from the bridges all the way out to Provincetown.

Quiet Hours: While the home sits on over an acre of land and is very private, we ask that you respect local noise ordinances, especially outdoors after 10:00 PM. No parties or large events are permitted.
