« Check in was a self check in which was super convenient for us coming from such a long road trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was very clean. Its a brand new house! The host was easy to reach, and the location was nice and quiet away from neighbors which was nice. It was easy to get to Sunday River just over 15 minutes! The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub was super nice, and firepit as well. »

« We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described/pictured and the hosts have thought of everything! Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook multiple meals, living room and dining area had plenty of comfy seating, and it was a nice central location for access to Attitash and North Conway. Already planning for next year! »

« We were a family of seven, 6 adults, one infant and we very much enjoyed our stay! Home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need. Showers were wonderful as was the hot tub. Trevor is a great communicator and got back to us immediately if we messaged him. Great location! Minutes to the mountain and restaurants.We highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again!! »

« Great location. As others have said, there are no window coverings, however the property is quite secluded. The house only has a dresser/drawers in one bedroom and there are no hanging closets, plan to live out of your suitcases. The underfloor heat cannot keep up with low winter temperatures, expect low sixties inside if the outside temperature drops below 15F. I would not recommend during Jan and Feb. Animals in the attic. Property management very communicative, but did not correct the...
