« I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She »

« The room was not clean, grout in bathroom was dirty, the floor felt dirty and wet. There were bugs in the room. They had leaks on the floor in the halls and the elevator was OOO. The staff was just average, and the breakfast menu was sub par, along with this it also felt unclean. I would not stay here again. »

« We were very pleased. Very family friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet was really good. After spending the day at the children's museum it was nice to come back mid afternoon, kids swam and mom/dad relaxed. Having dinner at the hotel and cocktails ended a perfect day. »

« Room was quiet and clean but could’ve used more amenities like an iron, makeup remover, more coffee (not just decaf), a blanket because the room was freezing until we figured out the thermostat! The location was convenient right off the highway but not near anything walking distance. »

« Tv didn’t work, key cards for the room only work the one time and we went to the front desk and they got us a new one and it still didn’t work so we had housekeeping let us into the room. Shower was filthy and the ceilings were disgusting and it looked like there was mold growing in the crack of the ceiling to the walls »

« Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. »

« Check in simple even though 1:00 am. Greeted with a friendly counter person, room clean, hotel areas clean, breakfast fresh and plentiful with a nice variety, staff personable and helpful, bar staff very helpful and made us feel very welcome and important. »

« Room was not very clean, sink was cracked, bedding had stains. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast very basic. »
