« The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by.
There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great. »

« Value for the money, its spacious and also clean which is what we are looking for. However, the roads around it are narrow and often gets jammed since they are within walking distance of CIQ. Other than that, will definitely come back and stay! Oh they also have a free shuttle to CIQ, good to check the frequency :) »

Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels).
Ample food options at the ground level as well. »

« This place was fantastic!
Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful.
It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge!
In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too.
It was beyond our expectations, better than we expected. It had everything we could wish for.

We informed the owner on the day itself via call, as well as once more once we're near the property. Owner was gracious and understanding enough to wait for us even at 12am in the morning, as we entered JB at night and were delayed. Check in was smooth and he kindly explain the facilities in and outside of the apartment to us + informed us of nearby amenities, such as convenience...

Pleasant swimming pool but KSL should have sunshades
because there isn't any.
The fitness room is well equipped and breakfast is very good.

« One would need a transport to go around from this property. It is a condominium that is very near the City Square but one is unable to walk there due to the Customs building.
The room was clean, though there are some spots which need more cleaning. It was strange that the plates, bowls, forks, spoons and cups are all laid out on the table. As this is not a hotel, the host will send instructions for you to retrieve the access keys into the apartment.

Au moins 90m2 de surface, 3 tv , 1 lit king size et 2 lit double pour les enfants, 2 salles de bains avec toilettes, il y a meme un frigo.
Salle de sport bien équipé, la piscine est au 11eme etage donc une tres belle vue sur la ville.
Le ptit dej plaira a tous le monde car il y en a pour tous les gouts.
Le paragon est un tres bon hotel et jy retournerais lors de mon prochain sejour a Johor.
Je vous le recommande. »
