A shower bathroom and dining area complete the layout. COOKING AND LAUNDRY The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee maker, cookware and tableware. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo are included. The living room has wooden ceilings and a TV. COMFORT AND BUILDING ACCESS There is no air conditioning or fixed heating; consider this particularly for colder dates. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. The stair handrail is low and needs extra care, especially with children. A camera is on the common staircase, outside the apartment. PRIVATE SPACE AND ARRIVAL The whole apartment is private, with the entrance and stairs shared with residents. Arrival is self check-in, with instructions before entry.
