'Hillside' Cottage on the lake

Stunning 3-bed, 2-bath vacation home overlooking Cedarville Bay. With its breathtaking lake views, dock, and abundance of amenities, Hillside Cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, large deck with seating and dining area, and more.

The Space:
The entire outdoor area is shared between three cottages. There is a small evergreen between porches for privacy but some guests don't feel private enough. You will pass other guests at the beach, boathouse and driveway.

Guest Access:
There are two doors on the home. One has a code lock and the other door leads to the front porch.

The Neighborhood:
There are three cottages on the property with a shared beach, fire pit, boat house, and boat trailer parking. We are on a public paved street with homes along the shoreline of Lake Huron. There are two gas stations and boat repair businesses on our street.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. You can walk to town (10minutes) for coffee, food, ice cream etc.

Other Things to Note:
Water softener and filter (Drinkable). Roku TV's in all bedrooms. Solar Panels and backup battery for refrigerator and lights. Sound proofing insulation between bedrooms. Personal Verizon signal for your Verizon phone.
