« My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization stay at this hotel for a tournament we do every year and sadly i wouldnt recommened it for next year. Hopefully people respect the no smoking rules and the hotel can somehow clean the room to...

« Great choice first two nights in USa on holiday. Good price great location. Restaurant is quite good ( separately owned). Late checkin keys ready loaned us beach towels. Would book again »

« Bathroom had roaches. We even showed the front desk a video of a live roach on its back on their bathroom floor with its legs moving. The clerk denied the hotel had roaches and kept repeating hotel policy when we asked to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund. There was also active police activity right outside their front entrance, on their lot, during our stay, which made things feel even more uncomfortable. Thankfully Expedia stepped in and helped us get a refund for the remaining...

« The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. It was just me and my dog. I reserved this hotel because I was attending a 3-hour wedding reception in Lake Como and they were dog friendly. However, their pet policy, which is not available on their website, stated pet guests cannot be left unattended in the room. I didn’t find this out until I checked in. This meant I couldn’t eat in the restaurant or leave her for a few hours to attend the event. I had to scramble to find another option...
