Booked online. No refund paid booking. Arrived to find they wanted deposit. Cash or card. Card would place 3 day hold on funds. Deposit was more than i paid for room. They 'waived the deposit fee' - but...
We checked in late at night and when we got to our room it was super warm and had a smell, got the air going and went to the bathroom, where it was absolutely filthy, the floor had dirt and debris on it, there was a dead spider behind the door. The tub was so gross, there was a used band aid in the drain of the tub. I didn't want to sit on the toilet. I tried searching for another hotel but there was nothing around that had room for our family at the time. When we reluctantly crawled into bed and turned the lights off, we were greeted by a message that read " you are not alone" written in glow in the dark paint. We checked out as soon as the sun came up.
The first check-in guy was helpful after that it was hard to find anyone at the desk. My second night I had no air-conditioning couldnât get it to work at all. Tried to find help was none available. I made it through the night the next day I went to my seminar came back. The room was about 80°. I could not get it cooled off so I left Paid for a third night did not even stay reasonable prices through my online arrangements but the motel and staff were very poor.
This Ramada was quite average in quality. The water pressure in the bathroom was not great, and we could hear our neighbors (which felt weird because this place has MANY rooms spread over three buildings, so why were we placed directly next to someone on a Sunday night when the place was not booked full). Beyond that, it was fine.
Our room was dirty, and it looked like it didnât get swept. Our mirror was dirty as well. Tub didnât look very clean. It smelled like weed horribly in the halls so bad it was disgusting.
It was terrible. Parking lot - sketchy. hallways-sketchy. rooms-disgusting. blood stains on multiple bathroom floors. unlocked doors at all times. saw a review that cops showed up 2 weeks ago. well we pulled up midafternoon and again cops in the parking lot and cops inside the lobby.
