Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV for streaming, and a selection of games for relaxing evenings. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and a standard 12-cup coffee maker to fuel your mornings. Enjoy meals together at the main dining table (seating for 6) or the smaller table for 2 — perfect for coffee, cards, or quiet conversation.

The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the main floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Bedroom 2 includes one full-sized bed and two twin beds, while Bedroom 3 offers one full-sized bed and one twin. A half bath is located between the upstairs bedrooms. Throughout the home, you’ll find artistic, personal touches that make Reasonover Ride and Rest truly one-of-a-kind.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and starter supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Our cleaning team is local, paid a living wage, and are trained so you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation.  The text message will contain a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay, like directions and door code.  The digital guide-book has information on the property and on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Contactless check in allows guests to go straight to their vacation home at check-in time.
