« We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved staying at Caspian Cottage! The beds were incredibly comfortable, a well stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor screened in porch and A/C! We left a few things and Sharon offered to mail them to us, she truly went above and beyond hosting us! »

« My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

« The cottage was very clean. Well stocked with items. The only thing we didn’t find was a can opener. No big deal. My sister let me borrow one. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it. The place is well decorated with antiques. It had a lovely rustic charm. In fact they can decorate my house if they like. lol Any time I go visit my sister I would without a doubt stay at that cottage. If they allow us of course. The creek was nice to have. « We stayed in the cottage for a week while visiting family. The cottage met and exceeded all our needs. The fenced in yard is a bonus for our fur family. The dogs felt like they were home. They don't want to eat when we stay at hotels. But, at Donna' little cottage, they didn't skip a beat. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Cottage very much. The house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely give it 5 stars. The only suggestion I would make is a TV in the family room for those unable to climb the stairs. The birds that had built a nest in the wreath on the door were an added surprise when they flew into the house when I opened the door. It took a while, but we were able to catch and release them back outside. I would definitely stay again when I return to TN. »
