« I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay...

« the price is more expensive on place than on internet. They push us to book by internet and pay a big commision (150 to 200 pesos by night) at the website. Even to extend, no possible to pay directly the normal price. They requiere to pay on website with the commision (150 to 200 pesos by night). I stayed almost 10 days, so i spend FOR NOTHING 1500 to 2000 pesos for website commision (Expedi, Agoda, or other). It's UNACCEPTABLE...!!!!!! I'm very angry about this stupid way of traiting the...

« Les draps de lits étaient sales, nous avons dû insister pour auprès du staff pour les changer, ils ne voulaient pas au début, odeur horrible émanant des canalisations, le sol était salé et le staff peu aimable, à fuir !! Jamais vu ça en plus d'une vingtaine d'hôtel visité à Cebu... »

« Très bon hôtel . Concernant l'emplacement lorsque l'on connait les trajets des Jeepneys c'est plus pratique. Point à améliorer le petit déjeuner qui est un peu trop léger. »
