Home Truths:
- There is no washer or dryer, but an iron and ironing board are provided.
- There is no air conditioning.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is no washer and dryer in the unit, and it is not available for guest use within the condo complex. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave., Cayucos.

- Parking is located at the back of the building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Wonderful

First reserving and checking in all online was effortless. AvantStay was on top of checking in and making sure we had everything we need. We were busy enjoying the sights along the coast road (and the cuisine) so didn’t really use the well stocked kitchen. Loved everything about the unit especially the wonderful balcony and its furnishings (that lounge couch!!). I would definitely come back .

The location directly across from the beach, and right on the main street in Cayucos is absolutely unbeatable. Virtual lobby was always very responsive. The only suggestion I would have would be to improve the beds. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is sagging to the middle and the bed frames used on both beds are aluminum frames that make a significant amount noise every time you move. And there are extremely bright lights that stay on all night right outside both bedrooms.

This property was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and people. One thing to consider is that there are many stairs. We enjoyed our time there.

The Unit was as described, clean and convenient to walking to the beach and pier. Even though it is on the main road in Cayucos it was quiet. A wonderful way to start the day enjoying the ocean sounds, sunshine and people watching.

Beautiful views + perfect location!

We had the best time at this rental and the views really can’t be beat. We loved the convenience of walking everywhere and sitting out on the balcony. The only thing we wish we would have known is that the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an actual door, which was a bit tricky with kids but we made it work. Otherwise it was great!

This unit is perfect! Very spacious two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was wonderful. Fully stocked with anything we needed. The best part is the deck. Plenty of seating. Love Cayucos CA

This was probably one of my favorite VRBO's thus far in Cayucos CA. The location was perfect and the Townhouse was exactly what we needed. Just to let you know if you book this particular room it has very steep stairs and may be problematic so some but for us it wasn't an issue. The townhouse was fully equipped for our stay couldn't ask for anything more. And actually there was only one thing I can make comment about and that would be to please have the Management look to making the upstairs bathroom door pocket door easier to close it was sooooo hard to close for some reason. Other than that we will be returning.....Thanks so much Pier View Suites we loved our stay !!!!

FAB Cayucos view

Lovely apartment BUT, it was VERY warm and only way to cool is to open the sliding glass doors to the bedroom. These doors ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, one foot from the bed..no screen , no gate, so anyone can walk into the bedroom in the middle of the night or whenever. We asked for more fans and perhaps security screens OR at least screen to keep out critters and got zip from management!

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and spacious. We really loved the balcony and spent a lot of time there. Just an fyi for people with injuries or handicaps, the stairs to the second level are pretty steep.

Great spot right in the heart of Cayucos! Beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Be prepared for a lot of steep stairs, no elevator for bringing up luggage. At least you’ll get a good workout!

Quick beach getaway

Nicely upgraded condo with fabulous bedding. There are a few small issues like a broken bath pocket door latch and a breaker going out if dishwasher and microwave are on at the same time. The views are wonderful seeing the ocean, Morro Rock and great sunsets. The balcony would have been used but behold it was raining. Great small town for antiquing. Limited dining out but good enough if you can combine using the kitchen which is what we did. The Sausage Shop is right downstairs, yum sandwiches and don’t forget Brown Butter Cookies down the street.
