I loved that the beach access was just around the corner, however the actual rental was not exactly what I had anticipated. You can see the ocean from the balcony but it is obstructed by the rooftop of the condos in front of you. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets, ants at the top of the stairs, we found at least 2 big clumps of hair, the downstairs bathroom sink was clogged, my dad was able to unclogged it & we had no Wi-Fi access. It was a cute condo & great location otherwise.

Lovely location overlooking ocean

The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. Plentiful towels, which we appreciated. Great communication with the property manager. Clean, uncluttered , tastefully decorated and well kept. Note that the staircase is such that you wouldn't want to leave toddlers unattended. We would love to be back.

Sleep on the couch! I know that may sound crazy, but our family of six stayed in this wonderful condo and my husband and I slept on the sectional couch while our teens slept in the bedrooms downstairs. With the light-blocking curtains and the sound of the waves just steps from the property, we had such a restorative trip! The kitchen is well appointed, and the location just can't be beat. Everything was lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Cayucos Trip

Home was nice. Pricey for what you get. View was nice but obstructed by a roof in front of the balcony. It was also a bit noisy. Home owners could have been more courteous with condiments (coffee, sugar). Being a host myself, the property owners could do better with it being a bit more welcoming.

Cayucos Beach, Nice location

Cute beach town of Cayucos. Location is 1 min walk around the corner to beach access. Restaurants are walking distance. Nice view of the pier from the balcony. We would stay again, thank you!

Beautiful Ocean Views and Location

This property has it all. It has fantastic ocean views, a prime location steps from the beach and beautiful downtown Cayucos. The host is responsive and helpful, and the property was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be staying here again soon.

Great Escape

We loved this quiet condo..beautifully equipped with everything you need. Our only issue is that it was listed as beachfront. The complex is beachfront but the condo is beach view. You have the rooftop of a building in front of the balcony.

Had a blast!

Overall property was amazing. The only issue was that the property is listed as having a hot tub. There is no hot tub so maybe the price should be adjusted a little less as most people agree to cost based on amenities.

Great Property!

This two-level condo is central to the small town of Cayucos. Beach is just a few steps away and coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The top level has a beautiful view.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a family wedding to attend in Cayucos. This condo was perfectly located in the heart of town. Great view from the front deck and listening to the ocean waves. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay in Cayucos

I loved this apartment. We had a fantastic stay in the very well appointed unit. There were plenty of dishes and the kitchen/living room area was great. We also greatly appreciated the double full bathrooms. What a nice surprise. About the only drawback for a family would be that there is inadequte hot water. There must be a rather small hot water tank because we had to really space out our showers to have hot water and it was a bit of a hassle that wasted some of our vacation time. It's probably time for a tankless heater in there. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay.

Great destination

Can do everything in one place...Coffee across the street surfing by the pier. Liquor store down the street lol. Cook up whatever u want. Parking was no problem. Had to go up stairs though, but we handled it.
