Green Studio - Amanda's Place - Pool and Tropical garden

The Green Studio is part of AMANDA'S PLACE.

It is located on the edge of the village, within walking distance of all your needs: bars, restaurants, shops...

Your swimming pool hidden within the tropical garden, offers you a peaceful haven to relax, which will easily compensate for the lack of a beach on Caye Caulker.

It is a self contained studio, situated on the ground floor of a two storey building.

The suite has A/C, futon, full kitchenette, free WIFI, pool, Cable TV, private bathroom and is finished with local artwork and Belizean hardwoods.

It accommodates perfectly 2 people but a 3rd person can sleep on the futon.

The private concrete terrace faces east for the sunrise and so its shady in the afternoon.

You have your own entrance and can come and go as you please.

Bikes, feet and golf carts are modes of transport.

Other things to note:
There are 3 other units on the premise, sharing the pool and the garden; this can be very useful for bigger groups like family vacation, weddings, birthdays

Everything was as listed. Room was great. Pool area wonderful. Near to everything. The only downside is the bathroom. Water smelled like rotten eggs and needs some work. All communication with host worked out great. Very accommodating.

The perfect location for a great price! Like 2 blocks from the ferry, you don't need a golf cart while on the island (unless you have a physical condition). The property was very clean & the pool was nice. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful property in Caye Caulker

We stayed at Amanda's Place in Caye Caulker and it was lovely. The property is only a few blocks from the ferry drop off so a taxi isn't necessary. It's located on a corner lot full of lush tropical greenery with a very nice little pool that we basically had all to ourselves for most of our stay. The hotel behind the property shaded the garden and pool in the afternoon which made for a nice respite from the blazing sun. Abner, the property manager, was very helpful and maintained great communication throughout our stay. He also arranged for a pickup and ride from the ferry to the airport. He also recommended the neighbor directly to the right of the property as you leave the gate for a full day snorkel excursion on a Catamaran. They were amazing. It was one of our favorite experiences on the island. We had a beautiful time in Belize and would definitely recommend Green Studio at Amanda's Place for a safe, comfortable and affordable place to stay in Caye Caulker.

Amanda’s was fantastic! We have been to Caye Caulker before and didn’t love our last place we stayed but we loved Amanda’s and will plan to stay again! :) The property was well cared for and close to anything you would need, walkably. The room was a large size and had a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The water had solid pressure and the bed was perfectly fine! Amanda’s thinks of everything, having water to refill in the room was a great touch. We will be back again!

Perfect!!!

We only spent 2 days in Caye Caulker but Amanda's Place was perfect! The location was away from the noise of the younger generation, but close to everything! We walked everywhere! And it is only a block from the ferry dock! The studio was very clean and the pool was very refreshing! I would highly recommend Amanda's Place!!

Good location, cute outside seating & nice small pool

This small place is located very close to the ferry landing and lots of restaurant options. Even though it's so close to everything it wasn't too noisy. There is some nice outside seating for eating or just relaxing nestled amoungst flowering plants. Good care is taken on the garden and pool. The inside is a bit dark and was clean enough but not perfectly clean. Some of the cups had coffee stains, there was a bit of dirt and grime in the bathroom, and the window screens had a few holes, but sheets and towels were good. My review may be a bit clouded because my partner was sick at the time of our stay and the space seemed a bit claustrophobic to me.It was nice to have a microwave & mini fridge to heat up left overs. Communication was very good and they were helpful.

Just returned from spending 10 days here and have nothing but great things to say about Amanda's Place, the manager Abner, and the island of Caye Caulker. Even though the weather wasn't exactly what we wanted, we enjoyed it anyway and would return.

2 week stay at Amanda's Place

Wonderful place on Caye Caulker. Located on the quiet side of town. Very nice room for two or three. Great pool in the middle of the garden for cooling off after a day of snorkeling.

It was a cute little property

Overall, I have no complaints. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the property manager who let us in. He was very nice and suggested some local places for us to visit and explain anything we needed to know about the property. The place was clean. I felt safe and I would stay there again, it’s only about a 15 minute walk from the split maybe five minutes by golf cart. There are lots of restaurants around. There is an ice cream parlor nearby as well as convenience stores. It’s only a five minute walk from the boat dock where you get dropped off. It was perfect for what we were trying to do. I only stayed two nights, but I enjoyed it and the air condition was amazing.
