C/out time is 12 noon, unfortunately i received the call from the reception desk around 11h35 AM to check if we weâre still in our rooms.
I booked 1 family room equivalent of 2 rooms and 1 twin room. No tea bags in the room we need to contact the reception and no answer , need to call twice before they answered. Upon check out i requested to sent the bellboy in our room they arrived a bit longer than i expected.
Check in & check out took so long. Not so happy with the service.
Breakfast staff, swimming pool, gym , bell boy and housekeeping are very nice.

Highly recommended Lakehouse in the South
Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. The property location is so difficult to find! No signage to direct the travelers. We have to go different local information officials to find the parking and ride the boat. Very frustrating! But the property caretaker was so hospitable and service oriented.
