« We were a group of eight visiting the area to attend our son’s graduation from Berry College and the location was perfect; an easy 45 minute drive, well worth it to spend the majority of our time relaxing by the lake. The layout of the house provided both privacy and family gathering space. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large table space for meals and games. The upstairs area was wonderful for our kids to hang out and they loved the kayaks! David and Michelle were wonderful...

« Perfect for family of 6 adults. We love to cook and enjoyed the convenient kitchen completely furnished with anything you could possibly need. Cooked out on grill too! Plenty of room for us all to be together comfortably inside and out! One person needed the chairlift due to knee issues. That was a bonus! »

« Cute house, right on the water. Plenty of room. Everything was labeled, which was great. We didn't have to search for items we needed. House does not have a Keurig coffee maker. Just plain drip one. Home owner said he was stopping by on Thursday to fix a light that had fell. He came unannounced on Tuesday. Came in through the basement. Which was a shock to us. My concern is if we were in the shower when he entered without notice. Overall, great house. »

« Let me start by saying this house was amazing! The layout was great. The house itself was brand new with all new appliances. Awesome hot tub on the back porch. On the cooler evening it was great to relax in. Ping-pong, basketball and a video game in the garage. Bedroom are very spacious. Especially the primary bedroom. Massive walking closet and its own full bathroom. I have more work to do in Rome here soon. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Highly recommend giving this house...

« We had a great time at the cozy cabin at Little River Canyon. Everything was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Also, the location was great for what we wanted to see, near Little River Canyon National Preserve, Desoto State Park, and Cherokee Rock village. »

« One bedroom had a big patch job on the ceiling that wasn’t finished/painted. One of the three beds didn’t have support underneath it and was quite uncomfortable. Advertised as having a grill - we didn’t see a grill anywhere and kitchen was bare minimum, no potholders which made it hard to get anything out of the oven. Other than that it was just OK. »

« I rented this property while doing some music promotion events in northern Georgia and I couldn't be happier with the house itself and the downtown full of great restaurants. The house is not far from everything you need even just walking, but still quiet and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay again when back in town. »

« Took a little bit to find in the dark, but we are so glad we did. Everything was wonderful! It is so quiet and peaceful there. The cabin is beautifully decorated, and the scenery is awesome! I spent one whole morning and part of the afternoon on the porch, just listening to the rain come down and looking out at the lake. My wife almost had to bring breakfast out to me because i didnt want to go in! Definitely hope it is available the next time I am in the area. »
