« Owner/VRBO host lives on the property with 2 dogs. We were awakened by a dog barking directly outside our bedroom. We had a very strange experience when the owner knocked on our door saying that the younger dog wanted to "meet us". The owner referred to the younger dog as a puppy. It was tall enough to sniff my crotch, which is not my idea of a puppy. The grounds are in need of attention. « Very clean and detail appointed cottage. Location is very close to the Rogue River and close driving distance to grocery stores. The kitchen had modern appliances and nicely equipped. (No dishwasher). The bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« Knocked our socks off. Beautiful place, with animals in a green space and riverside hangouts on the Applegate. Lodgings next to the road, but that’s quiet at night and the river side is where you hang out. The host has built something special, and she’s on it all the time. She’s also more than tidy, so less is more, which some of us love. Don’t miss the tiny towns on the west, Applegate, Provolt, and Williams. They’re tiny but friendly. »
