Villa Il Rifugio degli Oleandri is a welcoming villa located on the hills of Cavaion Veronese, in a panoramic and private setting offering stunning views of Lake Garda.

Once through the entrance gate, guests are welcomed by the large private garden surrounding the house, ensuring privacy and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

Entering the villa, you reach the bright living area, consisting of a lounge and dining room. Large windows allow guests to enjoy beautiful lake views from the very first moment. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, functional and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy dinners together.

The sleeping area includes one double bedroom, one bedroom with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed, and a third bedroom furnished with three beds. Guests also have access to two bathrooms. An additional bed is available on the sofa in the living room.

Outside, under the covered porch, there is a comfortable dining area where guests can enjoy meals al fresco while admiring the surrounding scenery. A barbecue is also available, perfect for pleasant summer grilling evenings.

Completing the property is a beautiful private swimming pool with lake views, offering breathtaking panoramas over Lake Garda and the surrounding hills.

Thanks to its location surrounded by nature, the villa provides an extremely peaceful and private environment, perfect for those wishing to escape everyday life and enjoy contact with nature while remaining close to the main attractions of Lake Garda.



The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning only in the living room. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax (children under 14 do not pay).

A mandatory security deposit of €500 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and refundable in cash upon check-out.
