The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything needed for a Lake Garda holiday, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, tableware, and cutlery.



The small but lovely private garden is also furnished with a table, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor dining.



Guests of this apartment have free access to the shared garden, swimming pool, gym, and game room. The pool is open approximately from June to September.



The apartment is located on the ground floor.



Pets are NOT allowed.

The property is situated in the heart of Cavaion, just over 5 minutes by car or bus (depending on traffic) from the shores of Lake Garda in Bardolino. Shops, cafés, and restaurants can be found right outside the doorstep, while a bakery, supermarket, and bike rental are within a short walking distance.



The bus stop that takes you directly to the lake and to Bardolino is located right in front of the house.



Other popular destinations such as Lazise, Verona, and Sirmione can be reached in approximately 10 to 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.



The main family attractions, including Gardaland, Caneva World, and Movie Land, are just over 10 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.



For the joy of your kids, the nearest public playground is just a few minutes' walk from the house.



The apartment is part of a beautiful residential complex, featuring a pleasant inner courtyard, a large garden with a swimming pool, a gym, and a children's game room, all freely available for guests. The pool is open approximately from June to late September.



The accommodation is equipped with all necessary comforts, including an outdoor parking space, a washing machine in the apartment, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels provided free of charge.



Pets are not allowed.

Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.

Heating (If available) is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

Air conditioning (If available) is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).

Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.

In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).

It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.

Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.

The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.

Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.

The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
