« The place is really nice and staff are as well. Responsive to requests. The place is near a few noisy spots, however, but isn't the owner's fault. Just be mindful of this in case you're looking for a very quiet place to stay. This wouldn't be it, but there's lots of restaurants and a rooftop bar around the corner that we visited twice -Mantra Rooftop. Was excellent. I recommend staying here. »

« We love this property! Claudia explained everything ahead of time. Our flight arrived 30 minutes early and she made arrangements to meet us before the stipulated time. The apartment is super clean and well located. We will definitely stay here again. »

« The owner never answered me! I arrived at the appartement and the door was locked, I had to find another place last minute. I do not recommend at all!! »

« The accommodations are perfect - The location is ideal - we visited Cali for 5 days and within an 8 square block area we tried 12 different restaurants- ( and there were many more that we didn’t get to explore) — all with great food and super friendly service! The people at the front desk were amazing- the rooftop pool was very clean and relaxing - we had excellent weather - Communication with the host was very easy and prompt. "Le cadre est plutôt joli , mais plusieurs problèmes , le premier c est la nuisance du restaurant qui diffuse de la musique de 7h à 23h et bien sur dans votre chambre vous avez le boum boum , ensuite pas une seule étagère ou armoire dans la chambre alors vous laissez vos affaires dans votre bagage posé sur le sol et puis le bac de la vasque ..un peu piquer .Dommage joli bâtiment et bon emplacement..Martial "

Séjour en famille

"Séjour en famille pendant les fêtes de fin d’année et pile un événement au dernier étage (la chambre étant en-dessous) a eu lieu. On entendait tout ce qui se passait sur la terrasse. Heureusement que le personnel chaleureux et professionnel nous a changé de chambre à notre demande et nous avons pu passer un bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était savoureux et varié, quoique certaines spécialités locales n’étaient pas assez chaudes. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, mais fenêtres pas insonorisées."

Hotel Management ran malicious transactions

"The stay itself was good. However, the hotel has double-charged my reservation: a payment through hotels.com and a separate payment to the hotel itself. This was discovered the day of check-out. The team at the reception indicated that the could only give me a voucher for a future stay. Upon insisting, they agreed to request a credit note. However, 1 month after the issue I have not received my money. This hotel has committed unfair practices!"
