Designed with maximum privacy in mind, every bedroom functions as a private retreat featuring plush mattresses and its own dedicated en-suite bathroom—plus a half-bath off the main living area.
• PRIMARY SUITE: Features a plush King bed, Smart TV, sitting area, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• GUEST SUITE 1: Features a comfortable Queen bed, tasteful desert decor, ample closet space, and its own private en-suite bathroom.

PER CITY RULES: No sound-amplifying devices (speakers) may be used outside. If used inside, noise shall not be heard from outside the property. The use of outdoor amenities/outdoor games, or any other outdoor activities that create noise is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. ALL SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL OCCUPANTS SHALL RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' PRIVACY AND PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF THEIR PROPERTY.


RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28 nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded; however, you are responsible for any overages.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. No other animals are allowed.
