« In general, this is such a beautiful refuge from the noise of city/suburban life in Upstate New York. Gazing out the window the first morning, we saw a flock of turkeys passing through. The next day, fox and, later, a small herd of deer. The house itself is lovely. Though it was just my husband and I, this is the perfect place for families. « Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience. »

« This house was beautiful, a nice quiet neighborhood. Out of the busyness and traffic but very just a few minutes from everything you need. The house was very clean and put together. We felt comfortable and at home. We ate at Jimmy's old town tavern which was great food. We are from near Buffalo so this was a great pick for food. We went to the Great Falls park. We enjoyed our hike and the falls is beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. »

« Place was perfect. Very clean. Really large. Super convenient location. Staying here made our son’s graduation special because we could relax and be comfortable in this awesome place. « The house was very clean and we loved the look of the house inside and out. The house had everything we needed. The owners even brought us blow up mattresses to help our kids be more comfortable and in the same room. They also left more linens for us as well, very kind! The yard was great so our kids could play outside. They even got to play with the neighbor kids in their yard. Great spot to be around everyth The only issues we had was that the water was not getting hot in the downstairs bath...

« The place was SO clean and well-stocked! Had everything we need for a pre-wedding bridesmaid stay! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating! Backyard area was great even though we didn’t use it! »
