« Hôtel incontournable dans cette région… c’est pratiquement le seul à ce niveau de prestations Joli décor et hôtel bien tenu avec vue sur le désert depuis la fenêtre…magique Parmi les choses moyennes, le resto…bof.. Le personnel de la réception ne parle pas bien l’anglais, voire pas du tout et ne fait pas bcp d’effort pour vous aider lorsque vous demandez des renseignements, réponses approximatives et évasives… Wifi payant et c’est bien dommage aussi. »

« 5 stars! The host was very kind, the place was beautiful, comfortable, and very well suited for our pet, who we brought with us. We had a great time and communication with the young lady who was there was always excellent and very helpful. The only small issue was with the man we first communicated with over the phone before arriving and briefly upon arrival. He came across as a bit rude, short, and unfriendly. « When I arrived the person at the desk said that there was no reservation at the hotel. I was embarrassed and walked out of that hotel »

« I was giving a hotel room and claimed that I reserved a panoramic room. I stated that the the pictures are misleading. So because of my questioning the girl at the office mentioned I was getting upset and eventually stated I was not welcomed and should cancel the reservation. We ended staying anyway. Got to the room and the TV did not give channels. Their was a card for how to login for wifi. Info did not work. I asked the girl at the office for correct wifi login. She did nothing about it....
