The vacation home is located on a property with two entrance gates, one for cars and the other pedestrian.
In
the courtyard, in addition to the parking space, there is a garden with
barbecue available to all guests, two outdoor showers and a large
clothesline for laundry.
The two-room apartment sleeps four is composed of: living room with open kitchen and TV, corridor, 1 double bedroom with window post towards the garden, 1 twin bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom with shower.

The apartment is part of a semi-detached house in Felloniche,
a pretty village characterized by a beautiful beach with sand and
smooth outcropping stones, set along the coastline that joins San Gregorio di Patù and Santa Maria di Leuca.
Santa
Maria di Leuca with all its wonders is less than a 5-minute drive away.
There you can admire the Sanctuary of Finibus Terrae, the southernmost
lighthouse in Salento, splendid eclectic villas, sea caves,
characteristic lidos and much more


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden and barbecue.
- Once crossed the street there is a path for the access to the beach.
