The entrance is into a stairwell that leads to the service bathroom, and continuing, to 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom with
en suite bathroom and, finally, to the top floor, where there is a
kitchen and shower room, as well as a terrace for outdoor dining.

Castrignano del Capo, a pretty little town in Capo di Leuca that is just
4 kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca.

quiet vacations, it allows you to reach the sea and the most beautiful
places of Lower Salento in just a few minutes by car.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per stay.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
