Cette maison de luxe est situĂ© dans Coubaril, un quartier paisible de Castries, en bordure d'une forĂȘt tropicale, avec une belle vue de la Martinique, la maison est au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec 2 chambres avec salle de bains, 1 grand salon et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Dans la seconde Stock est une belle chambre de maĂźtre avec salle de bain privĂ©e et garde-robe walk-in intĂ©grĂ© et une terrasse privĂ©e. La maison dispose d'une grande terrasse couverte pour manger, se dĂ©tendre et une piscine de 8 mĂštres adjacent. La plage la plus proche est Ă  environ 5 minutes en voiture, Ă  proximitĂ© des hĂŽtels de La Toc. Il y a aussi un terrain de golf de 9 trous. De la maison Ă  environ 20 minutes de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage peut la plage de reduit ĂȘtre atteint, mais aussi des plages isolĂ©es dans le nord de l'Ăźle. Spend 15 days at this jungle paradise with my family of five during the March spring break. The house is exactly as shown in all the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed, the living area and bedrooms were very tidy and clean, and the pool was clean and refreshing. By far the best feature of the house is the outside deck with a million dollar view of the ocean. Every morning we enjoyed our morning coffees while watching the cruise ships come and go. As the house is on the edge of the jungle our family spent countless hours being entertained by watching the local hummingbirds and lizards that are so abundant in the area. The pool was a family favourite and was so nice to come home to after a day of exploring the Island. Can’t say enough about Tony (owner’s brother) who kept the grounds clean and quickly responded to any question/assistance we required. Also wanted to strongly recommend owner’s friend Andy for car rental while you are on the Island. Andy and Shanaz picked us up at the airport, gave us a quick orientation of the area, and took us grocery shopping before driving us directly to the house. ( On a side note—-we would have never found the house on our own.). Unfortunately our stay coincided with the COVID 19 outbreak which resulted in a very stressful second week of our holiday. Luckily the house became our hideaway from the outside world and we were able to leave the Island on our scheduled flight. Overall the house exceeded all our expectations and was the highlight of our holiday

Had a great week in beautiful St.Lucia., partly due to this beautiful home. The area is secluded and quiet. We spent a couple days just hanging at the house, enjoying the views and the pool. Excellent communication between Serena and Andy. So thankful for the pick up and drop off from the airport, and having a car available for us at the house. Since we were arriving late, Andy did some grocery shopping for us before we arrived. Greatly appreciated. Tony was attentive to our needs also. He gave a full tour of the house on arrival. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation. Thanks to Serena, Andy and Tony (and the other 2 drivers) for a great rental experience!

There is a lot of great things about this property! First and foremost, Serene is absolutely incredible to work with. We've rented many properties online and she was by far the best we've worked with and so very accommodating. The best thing about this property is the outdoor living space and that view! We spent all of our time on the patio and laying out by the pool. We couldn't have asked for a better set-up outside. We also loved that Serene connected us with Andy and Shenez for our car rental. I HIGHLY recommend them. They met us at the airport and drove us to the house so we could get a feel for opposite side of the road and car driving. She also brought us to the grocery store on the way. I just can't say enough great things about them, book their rental now! There are a couple of reasons as to why we didn't give it a full five star rating. It was nothing that we'd say don't rent this place because of, but as an avid review reader, these things would have been nice to know: - There is not AC in the whole house. There are three unites in each bedroom. When we arrived only the upstairs bedroom's AC worked (and not very good). Tony informed us the other two bedrooms units were broken. St. Lucia is hot, the house was hot, and sleeping was not the most comfortable without AC. They did provide fans, which helped but it would have been nice to have had the units up and working. - Both the shower handles in the downstairs bedrooms were broken. This means you had to hose yourself down everyday, which made it very difficult to wash your hair. Again, not a huge deal but something that wouldn't have been hard to fix prior to guests coming. - There was also a strong sewage smell in the upstairs bedroom. Sometimes at night it was almost unbearable, other days it didn't seem as bad. Overall, we loved our time in St. Lucia and our stay at this house! I wish I could work with Serena and Andy on all my trips! The house is beautiful , has such incredible views, and centrally located to so many incredible things on the island. Thank you Serena for a great vacation on your island!

All arrangements worked extremely well. Booking the villa and the car hire was easy. We arrived in St. Lucia on a public holiday, so Shanaz had kindly asked for a shopping list and set us up with food and drinks for our first day. Andy and Shanaz met us at the airport in our jeeps giving us a guided tour of Castries and the area around the villa, so that we knew the road system and where the supermarket was. This was really helpful. Tony is a true gentle man, welcoming us with wine and beer, cleaning the pool and explaining the workings of the house. The house was perfect for our needs of 6 adults. The layout gives plenty of room and privacy for all couples. Sorry to say we didn't use the lounge, as we lived on the huge verandah - perfect for lounging in the hammock, on the sofas, BBQs, just sitting round the table for family meals, cards etc etc. The views are great from both verandahs. The pool was perfect for plunging and cooling down. Having the jeeps meant we got out and about a lot - really recommend that you need transport if staying here. If you like running, there are plenty of hilly routes around the villa. All in all we had a perfect, relaxed holiday here, that was made all the better by celebrating our son's birthday and my daughter's engagement. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for 6 adults with a bathroom for each couple and good sized bedrooms. The outside areas were particularly enjoyed, a large terraced area with lots of comfy seating and a great pool space. Two things to note, I think. Firstly you definitely need a 4wd car to negotiate the track and secondly, the mosquitoes are something fierce so lots of repellent and spray for bedrooms. Tony was very helpful and available and kindly let us stay in the house for the afternoon as we had a late flight home. A mention too, for Shanize ( correct spelling?) and Andy who supplied us with the jeep and transported us to and from the airport. Efficient and friendly.

This home is exactly as pictured at HomeAway - a very spacious lovely home, with everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. We did a two generation, family spring break and found three lovely bedrooms, a very workable kitchen with lots of utensils and a grand porch to eat and relax. The pool was perfect and used daily. We were met at the airport by Shanez, who proved to very helpful all week long. She drove us from the airport - we weren't ready to drive right away on the left-hand side of the road on fairly hilly and rocky island after 8 hours of flying to get there - you will need four wheel drive vehicle to get around. Shanez stopped on the way to Castries for some delicious hot bread made by locals and sold at a roadside stand. Because it was Sunday afternoon when we arrived, and most stores were closed, she also took us to get some much appreciated fast food in the town of Castries. At the house, we met Andy, who had a rental car waiting for us at a discounted price and who had stocked the refrigerator with some much appreciated basic items to get us through until we could shop the next afternoon. We also met Tony, who would visit us several times to see how we were doing, clean the pool, sweep the exterior areas, including the large porch and remove the trash. He also provided information on how the TV worked (we never turned it on) and the Internet connection (which we did use). We always felt like there was a support team there for us. We visited many of the area beaches and restaurants, took a great catamaran trip, went to a "Jump Up" (ask Shanez) and had a great time. We highly recommend this "Holiday home"!

Handsome, clean, spacious home with a wonderful pool near Castries. Well supplied and maintained by owner's brother who was helpful and available, well-informed and beyond pleasant to deal with. The view is spectacular and the neighborhood peaceful and uncrowded. The driveway is astounding but easier to navigate than it appears. Driving in St Lucia takes courage, skill and luck! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We would definitely stay here again, tony, Andy and shanice( i hope i spelled that right) were very accomodating and helpful. Tony took care of the house and he was awesome to talk to and get some local knowledge. We have rented from homeaway several times and these were by far the friendliest and helpful property managers we have ever had. Thanks for making our trip one to remember!

We have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and would recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, spacious place to stay with great views and a pool to cool off in. The 3 double on suit rooms are a great size and we're perfect for our party of 6, there are plenty of fans to keep you cool at night. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and making cocktails plus a nice BBQ for knocking up some lovely jerk chicken.The outdoor eating/chilling area is massive and we spent plenty of time out there winding down, staring out at the lovely view drinking a few Pina Coladas. The pool is a good size and was used often to play water volleyball whilst the lady's lay on there sun loungers soaking up the rays. Serena and Tony have been very helpful whilst here, giving us plenty of information on how to get here from the airport, where the supermarkets, restaurants, nice beaches and things to do whilst here are and cannot thank them enough for the villa. Ps 4x4 a must as very hilly.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends. We enjoyed the sparkling pool and convenient location. Be sure to check out Smugglers beach (fantastic restaurant - The Naked Fisherman), see Soufriere on a boat tour with Captain Mango, (check trip advisor, he was amazing) and enjoy local restaurants and markets. Everything was great and Tony the property manager was responsive to our requests and very helpful. We hope to return!
