« We rented this house for my husband’s birthday and had a group of friends join us for the weekend. The location was perfect for hiking Old Rag as you could walk to the trailhead from the house, and the house itself was great for a group, we had plenty of space to spread out, both inside and outdoors. We especially loved the outdoor areas for hanging out after the long hike. It didn’t hurt that the surrounding area was beautiful to look at. « My husband and I loved clouds cabin. It was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. The views from the deck are amazing, and it’s very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The waterfall hike is not on a public trail, so you even have that all to yourself. The cabin was spotlessly clean, and I had to do some schoolwork while we were there but the internet connection was great. « Very cute, Loved the porch for morning coffee. Wish there had been a second bathroom upstairs. At my age, it’s at least a couple trips down the stairs at night. Disappointing that there was no cable or whatever and internet was very slow so couldn’t really use the TV. But maybe it was just us. Didn’t really miss it that much. Would definitely stay again. During the remainder of our trip we kept saying how we miss the porch! »

« We rented this home for four nights, and it was an amazing property with a front view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It has both a front and rear yard. Waking up in the morning was beautiful, especially sitting on the front porch watching the farm animals do their daily routines. Looking over the goats and cattle against the horizon of the mountain was stunning. The home itself was immaculate; the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were spotless.
