« So this particular location has a gentleman named Jarrod that went over the moon past what customer service means. I had planned an engagement weekend for months and the VRBO house that had a private doc completely bailed out last minute. I was able to find a room here at this hotel but Jarrod made it so much more than just a stay. Told him what happened and because of the changes that were forced to be made I couldnt use the doc which means I had no photo shoot or an area to lay the rose...
