Villa Imma is a prestigious private villa of approximately 625 m², located in Castellammare di Stabia, in a panoramic setting with beautiful views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The property accommodates up to 8 guests and features 5 bedrooms, several bathrooms and guest toilets, spacious living areas, a study, private swimming pool, garden, terraces and parking.



One of the features that makes the villa’s location particularly appealing is its proximity to the Medieval Castle of Castellammare di Stabia, also renowned as a venue for weddings and events. Villa Imma therefore represents a particularly convenient accommodation option for couples, family members or guests attending a wedding at the Castle who wish to stay nearby.



The villa is arranged over several levels, connected both by internal staircases and a private elevator, and offers exceptionally spacious interiors, each with its own distinctive character. The décor combines classic furniture, antiques, works of art and decorative details with more contemporary elements. Marble and parquet floors, wood panelling, arches, exposed wooden beams and custom-made furnishings all contribute to the unique personality of the property.



All interiors are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Every bedroom also features a TV and safe.



LOCATION AND ACCESS



Villa Imma is accessed directly from the main road through an automatic gate leading into the property.



A private parking area for 2 cars is available, with space for up to 3 vehicles if they are not particularly large.



From the parking area, approximately 6 steps lead down to the terrace, garden and swimming pool area.



OUTDOOR AREAS



The outdoor spaces are designed to allow guests to enjoy the villa throughout the day while admiring the surrounding landscape, the sea and Mount Vesuvius.



The enclosed garden features several areas dedicated to relaxation and outdoor living. The private swimming pool, open from April 1 to October 31, is surrounded by a sunbathing area equipped with loungers and parasols.



Families travelling with children will also find a dedicated children’s play area.



One of the most enjoyable features of the garden is the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a pizza oven, barbecue and sink, perfect for preparing lunches and dinners during the warmer months.



Guests also have access to two outdoor showers, a guest bathroom and a changing room.



THE INTERIORS



The interiors of Villa Imma are arranged over several levels. The generous size of the property provides numerous communal areas in addition to the five bedrooms, allowing guests to spend time together while still enjoying privacy in the different areas of the house.



FIRST FLOOR



From the garden and swimming pool level, approximately 30 steps lead up to the first floor of the villa.



Here, guests are welcomed into a magnificent formal living room, characterised by classic furnishings and several conversation and relaxation areas. The room features sofas and armchairs, a bar corner, fireplace and a remarkable private library containing a collection that also includes manuscripts.



The living area is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and heating.

A guest bathroom with WC and bidet is also located on this floor.

From this level, guests can use the private elevator to reach the upper floors of the villa.



SECOND FLOOR



The next floor can be reached by elevator or by climbing approximately 23 steps.



Here there is a second spacious living and dining room, filled with natural light thanks to its large panoramic windows. The living area is furnished with sofas and armchairs, while the dining area features a table seating 8 guests. The windows offer beautiful views over the sea, the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.



This floor also has an additional guest bathroom with WC and washbasin.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer and meat slicer, as well as a table seating 4 guests.



The kitchen also enjoys views towards the sea and Mount Vesuvius.

From this floor, guests can step out onto a panoramic terrace, furnished with a table and 8 chairs and a parasol, as well as an outdoor lounge area with sofas sheltered beneath a gazebo: a wonderful setting for al fresco meals or simply relaxing while enjoying the surroundings.



UPPER FLOOR



Continuing upstairs, either by staircase or elevator, guests reach another level of the villa.



Here, an elegant study area welcomes guests, furnished with a large desk, wooden furniture, bookcase and works of art. It is a particularly useful space for anyone who needs to work during their stay or simply wishes to enjoy a quiet area away from the main communal rooms.



The first bedroom is located on this floor.



Bedroom 1



The bedroom features a queen-size bed, large TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and safe. A window overlooks the swimming pool area.

The bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom equipped with washbasin, WC, bidet and shower enclosure.

As in the other bathrooms of the villa, a hairdryer and bathroom linen are provided. Guests are also supplied with bathrobes and pool towels.



TOP FLOOR



A further 16 steps, or the elevator, lead to the top floor.



This level is characterised by blue carpeting and partially sloping ceilings with exposed wooden beams, creating a more intimate atmosphere while maintaining the elegant character of the villa.



Immediately on the left is a bathroom accessed from the hallway, equipped with washbasin, WC with hand-held shower and a large shower enclosure. This bathroom does not have a bidet and is equipped with a hairdryer.



Continuing along the hallway are the remaining four bedrooms.



Bedroom 2



Bedroom with a French-size bed, suitable for one guest. It is equipped with TV, air conditioning and safe.



Bedroom 3



Bedroom with a single bed, TV, air conditioning and safe.



Bedroom 4



Spacious double bedroom with queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning, safe and walk-in wardrobe.
