Villa Colletta (80sqm) is a charming villa located in the countryside of Scopello. The picturesque small town of Scopello is on the unspoilt Sicily northern coastline, close to the Zingaro Nature Reserve with panoramic walks and an estimated 30species of birds. Snorkelling and scuba diving in the clear waters will offer unforgettable views of the underwater grottos.

The villa is on a single floor and is accessed from one of the two covered and furnished verandas. You will enter the pretty open plan living area with sofa, dining table and kitchen corner (oven, hob, microwave, American coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer).
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.5m - 2.5m deep) dominates the outside space, where there is also an external kitchen and the BBQ.

About 5m from the villa there is an annex with a double bedroom plus extra bed and a bathroom with shower.

Facilities: air conditioning in the living room and in the annex, heat pump, BBQ, washing machine, sat TV in the main villa, iron, hairdryer, fireplace, parking space within the property. Wi-Fi available on request. External shower. Any day arrival possible.
