Maisons de ville à Castel d'Azzano

« We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

« Excellent établissement qui m’a donné satisfaction à tous points de vue »

« The staff was very welcoming and helpful, even coming to my room with me to show me how everything worked. That is pretty amazing service! The location was fantastic... a few steps to restaurants, shops and the Arena. City underground parking was about a 10 minute walk away but I was happy to have the car secured since I didn't need it while I was in Verona. The room had everything I needed, and was clean and modern. I recommend ItalianFlat highly. »

« Room qas very spacious, very clean. Directions to get into the property and room with codes were explained very well. Location is excellent with 10 min to train station and walking distance to all major tourist spots. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Verona. »

« Very basic. No WiFi. No TV. Few power sockets. Wonky shower head that sprayed water in every direction. »

« L'hébergement est spacieux et la literie tres confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Je recommande »
