When I called to get an explanation the clerk said there was a note on the desk that he asked for 12 more nights! I was shocked. I said that wasn’t true and that needed to be remedied immediately. The only issue me and my husband had was the noise of other guest you could hear a lot people walking down the hall later night and at the pool past 9pm. It was hard to get sleep with all the noise and we could also hear the guest next door throughout the night and early morning walking around and talking. Maybe because our room was across the pool door the noise was extra loud but...
