Great people very friendly and helpful. Apartment was serviced daily which was a pleasant surprise. Plunger coffee and a jug of milk supplied and replenished dailywhich we appreciated Bedroom was small but lounge very spacious and comfortable. Apartment didn’t have aircon or heat pump and in the current heat wave was very hot Nevertheless we thought this property was great. Recommended

Convenient

Very obliging Manager who made us feel really welcome. Clean and adequate rooms. Nice and warm with the heat pump going on our arrival.

Christchurch Casino Motel

A good value motel within walking distance of city centre & local restaurants. Very helpful staff, have stayed here 4 times would recommend it to anyone

All good, the shower door caught on opening but once fixed all will be well, seriously good water pressure.

Heater & electric blanket were always on when arrived back, little things make a difference! Warm and cosy will definitely stay again

Great location excellant friendly staff

Very nice owners had upgraded our room so got to have our very own court yard and spa, which was awesome. Allowed us to leave our car in thier carpark on the day we were lesving while we wemt out with our son, very much appreciated that.

Best hospitality and service. Good location.

I was up-graded to a bigger room with a spa pool on my arrival - good way to start! The room was clean, quiet, well provisioned with proper coffee etc. and cool in the 30+heat. The Moteliers couldn't have been more helpful with information about getting around Christchurch and where to shop,eat or be a tourist plus extra services such as holding bags/later check-out requests.

This hotel is very bad hotel. I was surprized. I'ts a perfect swindle to let me pay some money after checking out using my credit card number without telling me..this hotel tell a lie for me for getting money .Peaple shold not reserve this hotel.

Originally from Christchurch, and having worked in hotel's for 15 years i am probably more critical of accommodation and the location than most. This was our third stay at the Casino Court, and as usual we were greeted with a big friendly smile from Reetah,advising us on the facility's at Casino Court, the nature of our stay, so that she could tell us about any road closures, things happening in and around Christchurch, internet requirements etc.My family live in all four corners of Christchurch which means the central location of Casino Court, makes it easy to access all these areas with easy routes in any direction. And great onsite parking makes it a breeze to park whatever rental car you end up with. Once again it was a pleasure to stay with you both, and we look forward to seeing you again.

Disappointed in 2 main areas: Close to busy road, no double glazing, very noisy at night Advertised as having "Sky TV in each unit" but this was limited to 3 channels.

Hit the high notes- central, clean, comfortable

Had a family function to attend, family from Australia and the north island all wanted to stay at the same motel complex- it was great to be together and being central and comfortable made things so much more enjoyable. Thank you to the staff!
