The primary suite offers a king bed, spa-style ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and peaceful river views, while two additional queen bedrooms share a modern Jack-and-Jill bath. A half bath and laundry room round out the main level for easy convenience.

The walkout lower level is made for entertainment — complete with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed, a full custom bathroom, and a private theater room with a massive 90” Roku TV. Just steps away, you’ll find the show-stopping Fan Cave, a 400-square-foot game room with a 10-foot bar, sink, fridge, and 90” TV — perfect for movie nights, game days, or late-night laughs. A glass garage door opens out to the lower patio, where you’ll find multiple decks and seating areas overlooking the river.

*Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $169 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay

*Please clean all used dished prior to departure
*Please bag ALL trash and place in receptacles in the garage. PLEASE put receptacles out near road by the sign Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup.
*Our outdoor cushions for seating may be found in the lower level. When you are done using them please put them back in the lower level for sanitary reasons. Thank you.
