« The stay was not as we had hoped. Our room was somewhat clean - appeared to be clean sheets but there were crumbs on the floor and dust everywhere which made you question everything. We slept on top of the sheets and kept our shoes on for reassurance. The bed bases are made of thin hallow metal which echo like a drum even when tossing a pillow on the bed. « It was a mostly quiet cabin in the woods that we were hoping for. We were able to bring our 2 dogs so very thankful for that. Which I did pay for the extra fees at booking.There was a very strong mold odor as soon as you walk in the door and the floors (newer lamanate) were pretty but soft and mushy. « The room was clean but they did not supply enough towels or wash clothes and when asked, we were not on the list to distribute to that day. Towels were also stained. The reservation was for 3 people, 2-days. The door didn't lock when it closed, we were told to lift up on the door when closing and they have cameras so it was ok. This is a small area and two hotels, based on the outside look, this is the nicer of the two. Compared to prices of hotels in other areas with the 'name brands' this...

« It's an older property and outdated in its decor, but it fit my need for the night just fine. Nothing hot for breakfast on a Saturday morning. While carpet in the room was freshly vacuumed, it had definitely been well used for many years. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but walked through the pool room and it looked decent enough. »
