The entrance is into a large living room with open kitchen and dining room, air-conditioned. The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom, but it is possible to insert 2 single beds in the living room.

in the heart of Salento, which offers all the main services.
Casarano
is very few kilometers from the beaches of the Ionian Sea: only 14 km
from Marina di Mancaversa, 20 km from Punta della Suina on the coast of
Gallipoli, and about 16 km from the beaches of Ugento, Torre San Giovanni.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
