First full bathroom is inside with a tile shower, high seat toilet, and copper sink with plenty of storage for your toiletries. Out the French door takes you to a gorgeous outdoor living space complete with dartboard, fireplace, smart tv, gas grill, Blackstone griddle, and sectional sofa that is perfect for napping. After dark, feel free to turn the lights on outside for continued entertainment. Around the corner is the 2nd bathroom. Enclosed toilet and vanity with a relaxing open top private outdoor shower with oxygenating shower head. Outside and around the back of the house is the lower deck, perfect for when you want peace and quiet away from the tv, and cooking upstairs. Basement access is there where you will find a washer, dryer, and additional refrigeration for anything extra. A short walk down the hill or golf cart ride down the street and around the point to the bottom road will take you to the private dock, where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, or park your rental boat for easy access.
